1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 718sp platform ("Platform" or "Site") and all services provided through it. 718sp online casino and betting services are operated for Bangladeshi players. By accessing the platform or using any service, you become legally bound by these Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are asked to refrain from using this platform.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to the Bangladesh market. In the event of any ambiguity, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To create an account on the 718sp platform and use its services, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

You must be at least 21 years old. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
You must operate the account in your own name and for your own benefit.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
You must complete registration honestly and with accurate information.

Minor Protection: Operating an account or depositing funds on behalf of anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited. If 718sp identifies any such account, it will be closed immediately and all related transactions will be voided.

The 718sp platform reserves the right to verify the age and identity of every user. Submission of required documents (national ID card, passport, etc.) for verification may be mandatory.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Single Account

Each user may create one account only. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name, or operating multiple accounts from the same device, is prohibited. In such cases, all related accounts will be cancelled and balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Registration Information

The information you provide at registration must be true, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account closure. The following information may be required:

Full name (as per national ID card)
Date of birth
Active mobile number or email address
Preferred payment method details

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the 718sp support team immediately.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are available on the 718sp platform:

4.2 Minimum Amounts

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, additional time may be required if identity verification has not been completed or if unusual activity is suspected.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

718sp follows a strict policy against money laundering. The withdrawal method must be consistent with the deposit method. In the case of any suspicious transaction, the platform may request additional verification information.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

718sp offers new members a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example:

Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total balance ৳3,000
Deposit ৳10,000 → Bonus ৳8,000 → Total balance ৳18,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering does not apply to the deposit amount.

Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

Bonuses may only be used on games approved on the 718sp platform.
No bonus can be converted directly to cash — wagering requirements must be met.
Each bonus offer may have a specific expiry period; once expired, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.
718sp reserves the right to modify, temporarily suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
Claiming the same bonus offer more than once is prohibited.

5.4 VIP Cashback

718sp's VIP programme has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

The cashback amount depends on the player's gaming activity during the relevant week. Advancement to a higher tier depends on the player's activity and consistency.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

All games on the 718sp platform are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. The games available on the platform are developed by reputable software providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, PG Soft, JILI, and Ezugi.

6.2 Responsible Gaming

Attempting to breach any security measure of the platform.
Operating an account using a false identity or information.

Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

If prohibited activity is proven, 718sp reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the relevant account and take legal action if necessary.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 718sp platform — including logos, designs, graphics, software, text, and other materials — is the intellectual property of 718sp or its licensors. Through your account, you are granted only a limited, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use.

Under no circumstances may you:

Use, copy, or distribute any platform content for commercial purposes.
Use 718sp's trademarks or logos without prior permission.
Reverse engineer or modify the platform's software.

9 Limitation of Liability

718sp always strives to provide a technically reliable and secure platform. However, 718sp will not be held liable for:

Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
Issues relating to third-party services (payment gateways, internet service providers).
Natural disasters or other unforeseeable circumstances (Force Majeure).
Loss caused by the user's own negligence or error.

Gaming is a risk-based activity. 718sp does not guarantee any winnings. All gaming decisions are made at the user's own risk.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

10.1 Closure at User's Request

You may close your account at any time by contacting the 718sp support team. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any withdrawable balance, though bonus-related terms will still apply.

10.2 Closure by 718sp

718sp reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
Providing false information.
When required to comply with instructions from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

As part of responsible gaming, you may voluntarily suspend your account for a specific period. Contact the support team to use this feature.
